CURRENT RESEARCH PROGRAMS

The following represent long-term projects that Dr. DeFilippis is actively involved in for the purpose of developing new measures of psychological and neuropsychological functioning. He is also involved in numerous research projects in a variety of areas of psychology through his supervision of doctoral dissertations:

Development of an objective non-verbal children's personality measure. Project in cooperation with researchers at the University of Iowa, Argosy University, Brooklyn College, and in Lima, Peru.

Development of a neuropsychological screening instrument based upon the behavioral neurological examination of Alexander Luria.

Development of scales of perseveration, memory and loss of set for the Booklet Category Test. Project in cooperation with researchers at the University of California Medical School, San Diego and ECPA Test Publishing, Paris, France.
